Overview #
Training your chatbot with custom files allows it to learn specific topics and provide more accurate responses. Follow the steps below to upload and train your chatbot using your files.
Step 1: Access the Train Page #
- From the dashboard, click on the
Train
option in the navigation bar. - This will direct you to the Train page, where various training options are available.
Step 2: Upload Files #
- On the Train page, click on the
Upload Files
option. You will be directed to the file upload section. - In the upload field, select the file you want to upload and click the
Upload
button.
Note: The
Upload
button will become active only once you have selected a file to upload.
Uploaded Files #
After the upload is successful, your file will appear in the list of uploaded files. You can view the size of each file alongside its title.
Training File Status Indicators #
Each uploaded file will have a status indicator that shows its training progress. The statuses are as follows:
- Preparing: The file is being processed and scanned for issues before training begins.
- Training: The file is actively being used to train the chatbot. This phase involves analyzing the content.
- Trained: The file has been successfully processed and is now ready for chatbot interactions.
- Failed: The training process encountered an issue. You can view the error message for further details and attempt to resolve the problem.
These indicators will help you track the status of your file as it progresses through training.
Step 3: Delete Files #
If you need to remove any uploaded files, click the Delete
button next to the file.
