Deploying your chatbot #

Once you have trained your chatbot, you are a few steps away from adding it onto your website. Before you add your chatbot you need to select if you want the chatbot to track visitor engagement on your website. Your chatbot has built in security which only allows it to be visible on the website you authorise in your chatbot configuration. If you do not enter the correct web address your chatbot will not work.

Tracking Options

You have the option to track users on your website. This will record what your users are doing across your entire website and not just your chatbot which you can view in real-time. You can enable this by enabling analytics. Once enabled you can select the following options:

  • Lightweight: This will only track page views and basic information.
  • Advanced: This will track what your users click, details about the user and custom parameters you create.

Deployment in a few steps

Deploy script

Once you have set up the configurations for your chatbot, you can obtain the script required to embed the chatbot on your website.

You can copy the javascript code to your website’s source code before the closing < /body > tag.

Add the embed script to your website

Reload your website and you will see the chatbot in action.

Once you have completed the set up you will be taken to the chatbot playground where you can customise your chatbot even further.Â
