Â
Training your chatbot with audio files allows it to process and understand spoken content. You can upload audio files that the chatbot will use to improve its ability to respond to related queries. Follow the steps below to upload and train your chatbot with audio files.
Step 1: Access the Audio Files Page #

- In the dashboard, click on theÂ
Train
 option in the navigation bar. - You will be directed to the Train page, where you’ll find the available options to train your chatbot. Click on the Audio Files option to begin.
Step 2: Upload Audio Files #
Â
- On the Audio Files page, you will see an Upload button that allows you to select and upload audio files.
- Click on the Upload button, select the audio file(s) you wish to upload, and then click Open to upload the file.
- Once the file is uploaded, it will appear in the list of audio files.Supported File Formats:Â MP3, WAV, and other commonly used audio formats.
Note: The Upload button will only appear once you select a file to upload.
Step 3: Audio File Training Status #

After uploading, the audio file will go through processing, and its status will be indicated by one of the following:
- Preparing:Â The audio file is being processed for training, including transcription and any required preparation.
- Training:Â The audio file is actively being processed, and the chatbot is learning from its content.
- Trained:Â The audio file has been successfully transcribed and processed, and the chatbot is ready to use the information for responses.
- Failed:Â There was an issue during the training process. You can check the error message for more details.
These status indicators will help you track the progress of each uploaded audio file throughout the training process.

Step 4: Delete Audio Files #

If you wish to delete an uploaded audio file, click on the Delete button next to the file you want to remove. A confirmation dialog will appear, asking if you’re sure you want to delete the file. Click Delete to confirm.
Note:Â Once an audio file is deleted, it cannot be recovered, and any associated training data will be removed.
