Analytics Dashboard #
This dashboard provides an at-a-glance summary of your website’s visitor analytics, helping you track key metrics like visitor counts, session activity, page views, and more. It’s designed to be intuitive, presenting visual insights into traffic patterns, visitor behaviour, and system usage.
Access the Analytics Dashboard Page
- Log into your ChatFlow dashboard
- Navigate to your chatbot’s settings
- Click on Analytics at the top of the page
- Select the Dashboard tab from the options
Widgets #
- Total Visitors, Sessions, Page Views and Bounce Rate
- Displays the total count of unique visitors, session interactions, page views, and the percentage of visitors who left after having only one session for the selected date range.
- Visits Over Time (Graph)
- A bar chart showing the distribution of visits over time. This helps identify trends or spikes in activity during specific dates.
- Visitor Locations
- Highlights geographic data with a map, indicating where your website visitors are located globally.
- Operating Systems
- A breakdown of the operating systems used by visitors (e.g., Linux, Windows, macOS).
- Devices
- Provides insights into the types of devices (e.g., desktop, mobile) used to access the website.
- Browsers
- Displays the browsers your visitors are using, such as Chrome, Firefox, etc.
- Countries
- Lists the top countries generating traffic, helping understand where your audience is concentrated.
- Screen Resolutions
- Details the screen resolutions of devices used by visitors, useful for optimizing responsive designs.
- Browser Languages
- Displays the preferred languages set in visitors’ browsers.
- Referrers
- Shows the domains or sources that brought traffic to your site (e.g., referral links, search engines).
- UTM Analytics
- Tracks campaign performance based on UTM parameters like source, medium, and campaign tags.
- Session Distribution
- A pie chart categorizing session lengths into short, medium, and long durations, giving insights into user engagement.
Date Filter #
Allows you to select a custom date range for analyzing metrics over a specific period. This ensures the dashboard data remains flexible and tailored to your needs.
Export to CSV #
Enables you to download the filtered analytics data as a CSV file, making it easy to share or process further in external tools like Excel.
