We value our customers and appreciate you on our journey. Your existing set up will continue to work, however for you to use new features such as advanced AI, session replays and the integrations will require you to make some changes.

We are proactively contacting customers and will be providing a step by step guide on how to set up your new chatbot and the code change that needs to happen on your website. 

Great news! You will not need to make any updates to your website code in the future as we have also enhanced how we deliver our chatbot to you.

Lastly, you will not need to create a new account and your existing plan will migrate over. 

We have revamped our plans to include even more for customers. 

Existing customers will be automatically migrated to the updated plans within your pricing band. 

We will be launching our new support portal which enables you to find help and support instantly. 

If you need any additional support, you can now open a support ticket directly within your new account. 

We will be sending you a final email communication a week before the launch. 

During the weekend of the launch, you will not be able to access ChatFlow and there will be service interruption with your existing chatbot. This should only last a few hours and will be limited to a few minutes at a time.
